Amazing restaurant! I live in London and I make it a sport to only pick great places and this is by far one of the top restaurants I've ever been too! The food is excellent, perfect ambiance, great and personal service and amazing interior and location. Everything is thought through from the bread (home baked served on hot stones) to the delicious Italian food and brilliant service and wine. I could not recommend this place more highly! Se volete farvi sorprendere, Le Vieux Lyskamm è il luogo adatto: un esperienza gastronomica tanto eccellente da non potersi descrivere facilmente a parole. Bisogna provarla: sono rimasto estasiato dalle tagliatelle gorgonzola, noci e pere. Un'armonia di sapori che rende il piatto un vero sogno ad occhi aperti. In 51 anni di età mai avevo assaggiato un primo più delizioso! Le proposte dello chef attingono alla tradizione valdostana, ma vengono sapientemente rivisitate con accostamenti inaspettati ed estremamente piacevoli. Ottimi anche gli altri piatti, dalla polenta alla fonduta con tartufo, ma... che dire del tiramisù con il pane raffermo ubriacato con il nebbiolo? Un'altra particolarità fatta di contrasti, morbido e croccante si armonizzano in una maniera sublime.
