Alla Fontanella — Restaurant in Bagheria

After waiting 1,5 hour I have got „ tacos” which was a taco just from name. It was a piadina with defrozed chicken nuggets and some spice powder around. It was discusting!!! We sit in a very hot place inside with No air conditioner and we asked few times the waiter if we can move out but he ignored us. At the end we were charged coperto 1.5€, and the owner was arguing with us that she is using good igredients, Unfortunately she is not, the products are frozen and cheap! The menu has like 8 Pages… really ?! In the small place like this all the pizzas, piadinas, tacos, even kebab (?!) are fresh? Too long menu, too long expectation time, too rude and not experienced stuff, too expensive for this low quality. Do small menu and fresh, safisfy people with quality not...

Spero di non rivedere mai più un locale che dire gestito male è già troppo. La gestione è completamente assente. Posso capire l'attesa per una giornata piena, ma quello che ho visto va ben oltre e non c'è nessuna spiegazione possibile se non la disorganizzazione, la disattenzione e l'incuria per il cliente. Dopo che fai accomodare i clienti non farli aspettare quasi 30 minuti per ordinare... non conviene soprattutto al locale perdere tutto questo tempo, perché il tavolo resta occupato senza che nessuno stia consumando. Lasciamo perdere un attimo l'attenzione per il cliente... ma nemmeno sapete guardare il vostro interesse così! Dopo aver chiesto almeno a due o tre persone di poter ordinare finalmente arriva qualcuno. Da qui inizia un'attesa di un'ora, e, cosa altrettanto importante, non ci arrivano nemmeno le bevande. Per un'ora. Nel frattempo noto qualche favoritismo per amici o conoscenti che vengono serviti prima. Aspettiamo. Ad un certo punto non ne possiamo più e chiediamo che fine avesse fatto il nostro ordine... non avevano idea di cosa avessimo ordinato! Cercavano senza successo la nostra comanda. A quel punto siamo ovviamente andati via, perché è una cosa assolutamente inaccettabile. Parliamo di un locale con pochi coperti, basterebbe un minimo di attenzione. Abbiamo perso un'ora e mezza della nostra serata e voi in quel tempo avreste avuto un tavolo pronto già per pagare il conto e far sedere i prossimi clienti. Niente, nemmeno delle scuse. Non ci si comporta così. Probabilmente se non avessimo chiesto ad un certo punto, saremmo stati lì fino alla chiusura del locale senza aver mangiato (e nemmeno bevuto). Spero vivamente di non ripetere...

Not the best pizza in Sicily, but the staff is very friendly. The quality of the products is great. Tomatoe sauce is great, better than other pizza places. The dought is plain and lack of special taste. Maybe this is not a plus 24h pizza. Also the dought could be too thick. Anyway, the experience was ok.
