Colapisci — Restaurant in Bagheria

It was an horrible experience. The owner of the place, which was also the only person taking the order in the whole restaurant, came to our table in a particular rush to take the order. Even when I asked him for the special of the day, he said it so quick and he was so annoyed when I asked him to repeat for a second time. Very arrogant attitude and we didn't feel welcome at all.I even mentioned the fact that we felt he was rushing us and his answer was that I need to understand him because the place was full. I asked for the wine list, that came after the food order was taken, but no one ever came to take that order. So we drunk water for whole meal.The starters arrived quite quick but I think they forgot to seasoned it. We waited about 45 mins to receive the mains, and the table was never cleared from the starters plates, so we actually cleared it to help them out and put the plates down. I order the special of the day which was black fettuccine with clams and sea urchins. I believe it was left on the chef pass while they were making the rest of the food. So it was cold and I still could feel the crunchy sand from the clams. Very disappointed for a plate priced €16. It was impossible to catch the attention of the waiter even to order water. The owner never came back to the table to ask if everything was fine, despite the fact I showed my disappointment from the beginning. I definitely don't reccomend to anyone to go and eat there, especially with the near by restaurantd that are also well known and the food and service is way much better.And I hope the owner,one day will understand what's the meaning of hospitality service and will hire enough people to ensure the tables are at least cleared between the two courses and allow people to order with their own time and with the help of someone that knows what he is...

Caution! Do not order there via "justeat.it", you will be defrauded! You get to "Justeat" via the "Colapisci" Google post, but if you order, "Justeat" takes your money on behalf of an alleged "Antica Pizzeria Ristorante Leone" which does not exist at this address "Corso Italia 15", and the people at "Colapisci" deny any connection with "Justeat". Can't hardly say whether "Justeat" or "Colapisci" is fraudulent (or both of them?)... So you better keep away from both of them! (Remark: having contacted "Justeat" via the email they had sent me, I got a call from a telephone number from Milano (!), but they hung up just the moment when I was in the line...)

Update 2022-10-23: "Justeat.it" has refunded my money, so it looks as if the people at "Colapisci" are not involved. However, "Justeat.it" did not give any satisfying explanation and no excuse anyway.

Terrible experience. Service with attitude,not accommodating nor professional. 14 dishes only 1 was "good". Salmon smelt and rice was bland and uncooked. The tagliata was served cold and overcooked ...when complained they promised another one but they came back with the same meat warmed up and even more cooked. It tasted "dead".We waited over an hour with nobody updating us nor asking for drinks. Pizza not available for lunch, however, out of shame they brought free pizza starter(????) at least it tasted good. No one even care to check the dining area and we were forced to clear our own dishes on other empty tables, as nobody was bothered. Then one wonders about the empty tables... I wanted to leave and not pay, as we didn't eat at all. As tourists stay away!!!!! Never seen this much bad food in my life. I am glad I didn't get food poisoning. Shame on the kitchen staff and waiters who had clearly given up. This place should not be called a...
