Salve, ho voluto aspettare prima di dare un feedback ma ascoltando alcuni pareri ho accettato di farlo. Ho effettuato una prenotazione prima dell'apertura del locale con esito positivo del quale c'era scritto "La sua prenotazione è stata effettuata" Stop fino a qui. Chiamo per avere delle info (a prescindere che è la prima volta che prenoto, mai stato qui) e mi risponde una donna dicendomi che è impossibile che abbia prenotato perché la struttura era indisponibile per un evento esclusivo. E qui la vicenda si accende perché nessuno mi ha contattato o inviato una mail dicendo che la struttura non era disponibile o tanto meno sul sito dove si effettua una prenotazione non ti viene specificato che riceverai un mail di conferma oppure che per la data odierna non c'era posto. Ciò che mi ha fatto arrabbiare è stato il fatto che se io non avessi chiamato, mi sarei presentato lì in struttura con la porta chiusa e per lo più dando i miei motivi per essere arrabbiato mi viene detto dalla "donna" che lei era la banconista senza nemmeno presentarsi alla chiamata.. (pensando che fosse qualcuno che lavorasse in reception) Scusi mi ha rovinato una giornata che avevo libera dopo una settimana di lavoro da trascorrere con la mia famiglia. Lei risponde; potrebbe andare da altre parti,lei sta esagerando la saluto arrivederci, con un tono infastidita dal fatto che io avevo le mie ragioni per essere infuriato mi chiude il telefono in faccia. Morale della favola io ho chiamato altre strutture ma ormai era tutti prenotato e il mio giorno libero è andato perso solo per un mancato avviso. PS: dopo 2 ore della chiamata mi arriva una email dicendo che la struttura era piena e non c'erano i lettini. Mi hanno parlato bene di questa struttura, del bellissimo posto, si mangia anche benissimo ma oggi ho dovuto fare questa...

We hired sunbeds for a day (€18 per bed including umbrella) and it was the best decision. The place is new, clean and has a calm esthetic. It has clean toilets, and showers outside. We took the train from Palermo to Bagheria and it was a 19 minute walk from the station but definitely worth it. We called a day before to make the reservation for sunbeds.
