Very nice, new cozy spot a few steps away from Florence. The team is young and you can feel their enthusiasm and passion. We tried the steak (very good!), the pici made from fresh pasta, the ravioli “bottoni” and the cappellacci with lampredotto, which were really special. Lorenzo, the host, will also suggest some great wine for you. Come hungry and leave satisfied....

On a trip to Florence we found this gem very close to the highway. The place looks cool and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Alle porte di Firenze, lungo la via principale di Bagno a Ripoli ci siamo immersi in un'esperienza culinaria del tutto superlativa al Ristoro de bischeri. Il ristorante, avvolto da un'atmosfera giovane e conviviale, ci ha dato il benvenuto accogliendoci con un gran sorriso, e solo dopo un primo sguardo al menù (dalla quale avrei letteralmente ordinato di tutto) l’idea che avremmo percorso un viaggio gastronomico che avrebbe celebrato i sapori autentici della regione era già ben chiara. Ogni portata scelta ci ha raccontato una storia, un omaggio agli ingredienti locali, preparati con maestria e passione. Nota di merito ad ‘Interiormente’ e al cappellaccio ripieno di lampredotto, per non parlare della carne e del fritto di verdure...
