The Stuart, Scottish Pub — Restaurant in Bari

The beer selection is the only good thing about this place. However the food here is terrible. To start most of the items on the menu use frozen ingredients which is specified on the menu with an asterisk. When you go to a restaurant, you expect everything to be fresh.

The meatballs looked burnt and slapped together without any care. We had the pork fillet for the main course and it was dire. The sauce on it tasted like medicine.

This is not a Scottish 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Pub. It is a mish mash of, English, Scottish and Irish. It has a British style wooden bar. The beers on drought are local, or in my case Hoegaardon, Tennent’s Lager on draughtfor instance. There is a book which has an extensive range of British and international beers which would be the envy of many British bars. We shared the fried cheese which was nice, I ordered the Scotch Egg (don’t). I’ll let you describe it from the picture. I was born and live in Edinburgh, Scotland...

A fantastic place to relax and have a drink, staff are incredibly friendly and are happy to give recommendations. We came here for one and ended up drinking a few more because we loved the atmosphere & service so much. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. They have such an extensive menu & the selection is the best we’ve experienced while in Bari.

A special shoutout to the younger member of staff (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name) he recommended me an Italian IPA which was delicious....
