Buonissima pasta e creattiva ma il servizo per una ragazza era effettiva ambiente totale🥲
It's ok that she didn't understand well about vegan and still asked pasta with polpo(octopus) after I explained, and I understood that she was extremely busy bee typer person and trying to defend from everything seemed to be attacked her, but una signora elegante tried to help you since she was watching what’s happened….you rejected signora’s help then after that you kept trying to take everything under your control by ignoring customer’s needs(a bit of space to breathe) and crush the atmosphere of elegance from the restaurant and foods had,,,
I became really uncomfortable with her attacking attitude so we went to check without having limoncello since we didn’t wanna be in that atmosphere anymore. At the check with other signore and asked for coffee at the bar out of her site, she still followed us and kept saying “why didn’t you tell me limoncello has not arrived? why didn’t you tell me to bring coffe at your table?”
lo sai, questa cosa il cliente non dice a lei direttamente, non è solo italiano ma dappertutto non dice a te, te impari quello che successo come esperienza per tua vita.
Mangia bene, non è mangiare dalla bocca, è sentire atmosphere non è solo gusto, tutto insieme come meditazione. Se ambiente non è gentile ne calma, come clienti possono concentrare i gusti molto buoni e sentire atmosfere ?
Spero che alla prossima la signora italiana o altra persona chi impara bene questa filosofia fanno camerieri, non è da persona chi tenuta comporta attacca/prende male ambiente per ristorante😌

Pasta assassina was great with particular “caviale(caviar)" but vegan made of yellow bell pepper and peperoncino paste! La signora elegante explained me well to satisfy my curiosity and a bit worry as a vegan even if a bit salty😇
Also il signore at the casher offered us coffee from what happened which was a bit tirarci su, but unfortunately it's not removed our bad memories of her attitude🥲Hope other signora elegante or a person who learned a bit of "reading atmosphere" serve...
Read moreOn our way to the pane e pomodoro beach we got hungry so we discovered a nice terrace and a sparkling atmosphere with one table free .Just what we needed .The table was set up with nice yellow plates ,water glasses and fine dine cutlery .promising start for me . The menu had plenty of delicious seafood,octopus ,special pizza/foccacia's that I saw at the table near us and looking mouthwatering good . As wel as the octopus 🐙 at another table (the professional waiter came to explain everything ingredient on beautiful plated delicacy. So enough about others now it's our turn ; we ordered a nice bottle of prosecco, 2 pasta assassino's and a pasta tomato sauce for our little princess. The friendly waiter explained us that the pasta assassino is a speciality of the house and is a little spicy and will be fried with some black caramelised pieces in it ,woth a try I said . After the appetiser on the house ( a soft and tasty piece of foccacia pomodoro)came our dishes. The taste of this pasta assassino was new for me and surprisingly good and crunchy ,I'm not sure how the chef manage to get the crunchy parts in it maybe the pasta gets a sun tan under the grill 😎? I will certainly try it at home , My daughter cleaned her plate completely and that says more than only good ,it was the best pasta ever .she gives 15 stars to this restaurant , 5 for each one of us 😅. While we were choosing our meal, a waitress approached us with a tray of fish and lobster, saying she had a special dish for us. We asked about the price of the lobster, and she said she needed to check. A moment later, she came back and told us it was sixteen euros, emphasizing it was a special offer for us. We asked multiple times to confirm that she meant sixteen — not sixty — and she kept saying sixteen. The price seemed very reasonable, so we ordered.
When we received the bill, we were shocked to see that the lobster cost 60 euros — and the waitress continued to pronounce it as sixteen. Not wanting to ruin our vacation, we paid, but the situation was extremely uncomfortable. Then the manager came over, and the waitress was still saying sixteen instead of sixty. The manager clearly noticed the pronunciation mistake but did absolutely nothing about it. Instead, she blamed us and said it was “obvious” that lobster costs that much.
Later, they brought over a chalkboard with prices written in very small letters — including the price of the lobster — which the waitress never showed or mentioned to us earlier. The whole experience was awkward and disappointing.
We do not recommend this place — completely misleading, not transparent, and no sense of responsibility...
