Agri Bar — Restaurant in Baveno

Service really slow, they give preferences to big tables (more people, more money I guess). We ordered two drinks, expecting to receive a little snack that every other table had, but didn’t arrive. So we asked for it, and for three times we’ve been told “yes it’s coming” but never arrived. We then ordered some food from the menu and when asked for the snack to have in the meantime they said “no we’ll get you the food directly” without giving us chances to reply. Not very professional. If they just wanted us to order food from the menu they could have just said directly at the beginning so we wouldn’t have waisted 45’ in waiting. The food at...

The boss is disrespectful, she disrespected us. We ordered 3 dishes and we only received 2 out of 3. Then for dessert, we ordered 2 tiramisu and an ice cream, except that we didn't get any ice cream.

We had to go and say that they had mistakes.

I felt sorry for the waitress who was running around, but the boss made no effort to help her. No cohesion….

We asked at the end to pay, a gesture for these missteps but the boss spoke to us very badly.

It is very disappointing for a tourist city, I understand that they are understaffed but politeness remains essential. Hello and goodbye are learned...

We ordered drinks and 3x ice creams. The ice creams all came at different times. The last came when the other 2 were already finished! And after all that waiting, it was the wrong ice cream and had to be sent back.

Add on top the very poor service and the fact that we didn't even get an apology for the wrong ice cream, then I would suggest to avoid it. Pitty, as the ice cream...
