Eden Ristorante — Restaurant in Baveno

We had a day stay in Hotel Eden. Hotel had a very nice view from the rooms directly of lake infront. Location is easy to reach and has a free parking available nearby, on twi minutes walk. Room was very small yet clean and had the basic essentials. Room had an air conditioner but we had to ask for the remote from the reception and also the air conditioner was automatically turned off in middle of night. around at 3am. It seemed that it was powdered off from somewhere as we couldn't turn it back on using the remote or by power button on the air conditioner. Breakfast view was beautiful, right at the lake. Giornata da dimenticare, merito della gestione di questo ristorante che ha una fantastica vista (letteralmente a 4 passi dal lago) giornata bella e soleggiata e poi arrivano le notizie negative. Staff poco competente (povere anche le cameriere, erano in 2 a gestire una trentina di tavoli ma va bene). Ci siamo accomodati e nel giro di 10 Min e arrivata la cameriera che ha preso il nostro ordine e dopo 5 Min sono arrivate le bevande. E fin qui tutto bene, peccato che per la preparazione di un insalata (che è stata richiesta prima dei piatti principali, che era composta da 30gr di pomodoro 30gr di cetrioli 5gr di cipolla 20gr di rucola) ci hanno fatto aspettare 25/30min, che però bene o male e arrivata, nel frattempo però le bibite sono finite, il pane era finito, le cameriere ci evitavano. Dopo un ora di attesa abbiamo cercato di sollecitare e abbiamo ricevuto come risposta "faremo una verifica per capire perché il vostro ordine non è ancora pronto" al che abbiamo dato un ulteriore limite di 15min (alla fine stiamo parlando di un piatto di pasta e risotto non certo di piatti stellati o così complicati da fare). Dopo lo scadere dell'ultimo quarto d'ora ci siamo alzati infuriati. Ci siamo sentiti presi in giro, delusi di un ristorante apparentemente bello, con vista mozzafiato ma che faceva acqua da tutte le parti, organizzato non male DI PIÙ, staff insufficiente (come numero) e gestione in generale lasciata al caso. Fa comunque onore alla cameriera il fatto che si è scusata per la spiacevole esperienza, mentre la proprietaria che ritengo una maleducata e cafona(che ne si è scusata, ne ha mostrato un po di rispetto nei...

Wir haben im Hotel Eden übernachtet und beim Check-in würden wir darauf hingewiesen dass man auch auf der Straßenseite gegenüber essen kann und es sich lohnt da auch des Wasserfontänen Lichtspiel stattfindet. Wir waren dementsprechend an der Uferpromenade unterwegs. Haben uns dann entschieden hier zu essen, es gab auch freie Tische, musste nur neu gedeckt werden, hatten die Bediensteten mich nicht verstehen wollen und abgelehnt dass wir da essen. Ich hatte dann an der Rezeption nachgefragt und es wurde behauptet dass man ja reservieren muss um einen Platz zu bekommen. Als ich dann darauf hingewiesen habe dass man das doch sagen kann dass man reservieren muss wenn es angeboten wird da zu essen. Da weiß die eine Hand nicht was die andere macht. Als wir dann nach was anderem schauen wollten wurde uns hinterher gerufen dass es doch möglich ist hier zu essen und wir konnten dann sogar von drei freien Tischen auswählen.
