Caffè Deon 1870 — Restaurant in Belluno

I’m on holiday and my boyfriend and I just had a terrible experience with a staffer. This person was incredibly rude when we ordered inside. We completely understand the Covid protocols but this staffer was not giving us the proper customer service. We ordered drinks for them to serve outside, but this blond lady or man, I’m not sure what it was, basically told my boyfriend “you can’t even order inside without showing a green pass” when he had just walked in. It was a little much for us just to order two drinks… I genuinely hope this staffer gets the proper training for simple customer service. Oh and by the way this staffer wasn’t even wearing the mask properly… it just doesn’t make sense to be psycho when you’re not even following the proper...

It is maybe the best spot where to sit down to enjoy the central square of Belluno. It is an historical cafe. If you are here for breakfast I really suggest to ask for a croissant with cream... Came for a day and was so pleased to find such a good quality cafe. We were offered a great many choices of snacks and drinks with prompt service, and the staff even catered to my son's request for "just strawberries" to his delight.
