Al Monastero — Restaurant in Bevagna

Amazing food and location. We had a great dining experience in this restaurant that has been built in an old monastery. We all shared a number of delicious dishes. The service team recommended our food well. My only regret is not having had the opportunity to sit outside (it was a wet and cold night so it would not have worked) and to enjoy the beautiful courtyard. We would have loved to come back again when the weather was better to be able to experience it. The head chef thanked us on the way out the door which was a lovely touch. Quality restaurant in a beautiful location. Unfortunately the weather was poor on the night we visited, otherwise it would have been lovely to sit outside. Wine was fantastic, great range of pasta to choose from. Did take 2.5-3 hours from arriving to receiving the bill, but we were not in any rush. Would highly recommend for anyone travelling...
