Il Tritone — Restaurant in Bibbona

The staff at this restaurant ruin the entire experience. They have gone rogue and depending on which staff member you ask, you can get a different experience. Some may look like fun loving hippies on the outside but they are grumpy and rude on the inside. I understand it’s a very busy restaurant but it’s no excuse for the aggressive staff. Particularly, the young man with blond long curly hair behind the bar who I watched shout at three separate customers. Unfortunately, I would like to say this was just a blip on a busy night but I stupidly frequented the restaurant again as it is a monopoly restaurant within the campsite region for pizza. The second night was actually worse for service and the pizza was not great. It was burnt outside and raw in the middle with a literal sprinkle of bufala. Not worth the drama or the time. SCONSIGLIATO!!! Da clienti abituali possiamo dire che che è molto ma molto peggiorato rispetto allo scorso anno....chissà perché! Prezzi decisamente molto alti (1 primo in menù menù può costare anche 26€) per la qualità ed il servizio offerto. Al nostro tavolo siamo stati serviti in ritardo, circa 1 ora per avere dei primi, oltre ad essere stati letteralmente abbandonati dai camerieri di servizio, non ci hanno portato il pane con gli antipasti e non ci hanno tolto (dopo ben 1 ora) i piatti sporchi e vuoti prima dell'arrivo dei primi. Forse volevano impilarli con quelli vecchi?? Abbiamo chiesto più volte se era possibile abbassare il volume della musica (un pesantissimo rock anni '70) gradevole se fossimo stati a Woodstock nel '69 ma decisamente inadeguata per cenare e dialogare tra amici e familiari. Risultato, siamo stati pressoché inascoltati.... forse visto il frastuono che faceva la band non ci hanno proprio sentito :-) Per inciso la band ha iniziato a suonare alle 21:00 ed ha continuato ininterrottamente per tutta la cena. Il titolare si è rivelato molto scortese, dopo che in più di un occasione gli abbiamo chiesto maggior attenzione al servizio, ci ha risposto che "stavano cercando di fare del loro meglio e che se non ci andava bene ci potevamo accomodare fuori, visto che stavamo a casa sua". Allibibiti dal ricevere questo trattamento, nostro malgrado siamo andati via visto che, per i prezzi a menù non dovresti solo provare a fare del tuo meglio, ma dovresti anche riuscire a farlo.... o almeno mostrarti meno sgarbato nei confronti dei clienti. Sicuramente dal mio punto di vista non sono né le qualità ne la cura del cliente né tantomeno il prezzo i punti di forza di questo locale. Carina invece l'altalena...

At first we didn’t go because of the reviews but then we decided to go anyways. We got surprised and enjoyed this dinner a lot! The staff was really nice and friendly, they also brought water for our dog and helped us with the food. Everything we got was also on time and really delicious.
