Every Day — Restaurant in Bojano

Everyday is a simple but good place to order a plate of pasta or a wonderful pizza. I dined outdoors-as most people do in the summer- they have ample tables and a downstairs with plenty of area and tables for the colder months, along with satellite television. I have gone to everyday for several years, and the family and friends staff are a delight. Waitress and co-owner Concetta is always smiling, pleasant, and efficient. When you are done you can wait for them to take your payment or go inside to the register for immoderate service. Credit cards as well as cash are welcome. A word about the service and the negative comments that I’ve been reading here: first of all, this is Italy. It is not the United States or Canada, from which many people coming to visit and reviewing here are from. Times are longer here: people enjoy the wait, and they don’t press you to pay the bill until you ask for it. That’s important to know. Given all that, however, they are as quick as any other restaurant. And so people who live in Toronto or New York City and are used to Snap! Snap!, SERVICE and are used to that kind of hyper speed need to realize that that is not part of Italian culture. Food is cooked fresh, meaning the pasta is not partially cooked and then taken out of the water, shocked, and then dumped back into the water when the customer wants it, as is typical in many American restaurants. And you can taste the difference. All be ingredients are fresh. You don’t get this kind of food typically in the United States. And the prices are extraordinarily reasonable. So I would highly recommend you try it out if you’re in the mood for some simple “firsts,” ( you age appetizers, then first plates- usually pasta, the seconds- meat or fish) which means typically a pasta dish with fungi Porcini or tartufo, and a second, which here are usually meat dishes. Purtroppo devo confermare che il servizio è carente. Mi dispiace perché se viene gente vuol dire che c'è qualità ma il servizio è una componente fondamentale per accogliere un cliente. Mi giro intorno e non c'è un cameriere. Non è cattiva volontà ma probabilmente serve più personale con ruoli ben precisi in cui ognuno ha un compito. In effetti li vedo correre e quindi si percepisce che manca personale. È necessario implementarlo magari con qualcuno anche esperto. Ambiente: manca luce sui tavoli. Non si guarda ciò che si mangia e non è nemmeno possibile leggere un menù. Magari dei lampioncini a batteria sui tavoli renderebbe un ambiente più accogliente. Pizzeria da evitare in assoluto, servizio pari a zero titolare e sorella ( Concetta ) presuntuosa arrogante e scostumata, vado per chiedere chiarimenti sul conto lei risponde male il conto aveva un coperto in più e tre pizze addirittura 10 euro 14 euro e 14 euro e altre pizze aumentate di prezzo senza motivo quindi il conto era stato aumentato di 20 euro , poi siamo usciti fuori dalla pizzeria abbiamo rifatto i conti e avevamo pagato ancora 8 euro in più vado per dirglielo e lei dice che non c'e la fa più a sopportarci ,intanto eravamo noi ad essere stati trattati male per non...
