Antico Borgo — Restaurant in Bologna

Easily the worst service in Bologna. Staff seem to hate customers. Despite the place being half empty and many free tables, they make you wait for 15 minutes so they can put a table cloth out. We let this pass and didn’t mention it however once seated after 30 minutes no one had asked what drink we wanted let alone what the food order was. Going by how long the seating and ordering process took I dread to think how long food would have taken to come. The food we saw other people get didn’t look great. Location rustica con annesso giardino ampio e coperto il tutto ricorda i locali tipici della riviera (manca aime'solo il mare!).Due volte mi sono recata in questo locale ed entrambe le volte in estate .......giardino al completo. . nessun tavolo libero .......prima volta ho assaggiato la pizza ma per il mio gusto mi ha deluso troppo grossa la pasta e non fragrante. Ci sono ritornata perché la volta precedente mi avevano incuriosito le portate di pesce che venivano servite ai tavoli vicini. ....avevano un aspetto invitante! E devo dire che oltre l'aspetto lo spaghetto allo scoglio era ottimo. ....un piattone esagerato monopiatto direi ......però il personale no. ......Quello proprio no........entrambe le volte personale educato ma non competente ......Al momento del dessert la Signora che sembrava la proprietaria ,con la mia amica è stata un po. ....come diciamo a Bologna. ...SGODEVOLE. ....e alla fine ha servito la frutta che era rimasta senza chiedere nulla della serie. ...c'è questa. ...prendere o lasciare! !!! Comunque lo consiglio a chi non si formalizza troppo perché cmq i piatti sono ottimi, servizio veloce rapporto qualità...

Der Service war unglaublich unsympathisch, des hot des Erlebnis glei vo Afa on trübt. Am Afa han se g'sagt, dass bloß a beschränkte Auswahl an Gerichte gibt, hauptsächlich Pasta und Pizza. Der Grund war, dass mir in a riesiga Gruppa von ca. 30 Leite waret und des zu einer zu großen Verwirrung g'führt hätt, wenn mir unterschiedliche Sache bestellt hättet.

Die Pasta-Portionen, die mir bestellt hen, henn ausg'schaugt, als wär se eifach auf den Tellr klatscht worra, was wenig Sorgfalt in dr Zubereitung vermuta lässt. Außerdem waret d'Gläser net recht sauber, des spricht wieder gegä des Personal. Trotzdem muaß i sage, dass des Essa an sich generell lecker wor. Am Ende hannet mir was Süßes bestellt und des sah aus, wie wenn man drauf säucht hätt. Geschmack goat aber scho klar. Schad, dass der Service und die Präsentation des Restaurants net mit'm Geschmack mithalte konnta.
