Iko Sushi Restaurant — Restaurant in Bologna

A group of 5 dining. As an English person it is usual that everyone receives their food relatively in sync with all diners. This however was not the case. The food was delivered in a very random order leaving some of our party without their food for at least half of the meal time. This is unacceptable. When this was pointed out to the waiting staff it seemed of little importance to them. The staff appeared with a meal containing crab which although not what the diner was expecting in terms of presentation, it was one of the last remaining dishes and the diner had ordered crab. This was then eaten. However about 15 mins later the correct meal arrived despite already being served the incorrect meal. I was surprised to find such a gem hidden behind a McDonald's and an auto shop. Be aware that if you want to sit at the conveyor belt, you'll need to make reservations for it specifically. We sat at a table and you are able to stand up and get items from the conveyor belt if you want. We ate mostly rolls and each one was fantastic. Highly recommended. It's good Japanese fusion. My favourite sushi place in Bologna! Me and my boyfriend have been there+10 times and it has been always a positive experience ! Sushi is not only fresh but it’s delicious! Its not ‚all you can eat’ tyle of place therefore prices are up to their standards.
