The ability to speak simple words in English like "two", "order" or "none" is like the most basic skill in the world nowadays, especially when you run a restaurant in a city which is visited by lots if tourists each year. Yet here they fail to deliver. Ordered 3 aperols, did not get a single one without letting the waiter know. Ordered 3 pistachio buns - didn't get it, had to speak with two (!) people that hardly understood anything despite me using the simplest of words possible, plus they acted like they didn't want to serve us at all. Wneh the locals came they preferred to serve them, they did it with smiles and laughs so if you're local you should be fine, if not - you're on your own. The food itself - not the worst but definitely not the best. But the quality of service leaves much to be desired, the atmosphere as well. Overall if you're hungry but can afford the walk it's much better to go to one of the city center's restaurants. If you're in a hurry you're better off with the McDonald's located just 2 minutes walk from this place. Would not return unless absolutely no...

Hungry in Bologna on a Saturday night and found this place as we were headed back to the Autostrada. Didn't know it was a chain restaurant, but it didn't matter. The staff was great and spoke English. We got the special menus for two people. It was very good, not great, but pretty good and a lot of food for two people. If you're in a pinch and don't want to venture all the way into the parking nightmare that is Bologna Centro, I highly recommend this place for some comfort food with quick and friendly service....

Really nice place to eat. It's not your traditional restaurant buts it's not like mcdonalds fast-food chain, it's something in between, more to the traditional side. The food is really nice and it's affordable too! You order, get a ticket with a qr code that you scan AFTER getting a table, and insert the number of the table you're in, to get your food delivered. The staff is nice, the place is confortable. Nice place for a quick meal. You can ask for extra Ragu sauce for your Tagliatella al Ragu...
