Just probably one of the best local , typical Italian restaurant where you can have a great meal for a low budget price. Ci hanno sbagliato 2 piatti su 3. Ho ordinato un soutè di cozze e vongole e mi hanno portato una zuppa di cozze (tra l’altro nemmeno cotte benissimo), alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni mi è stato detto dal cameriere che ha preso l’ordine che si sarebbe informato e in caso avrebbe portato anche delle vongole, dopo, chiamato ad avvicinarsi per portare altro pane, si ricorda di rispondermi in merito e mi dice che mi hanno portato solo le cozze perché le vongole sono finite. E già qui non è corretto. Perché se manca un ingrediente su due di un piatto prima di prepararlo ti accerti che vada bene al cliente quella variazione o se voglia cambiare. Al momento di pagare, riferendolo al titolare, ci rende edotti sul fatto che non è vero che erano finite le vongole ma che era stato preso sbagliato l’ordine. Quindi c’è stata anche della disonestà di fondo nell’affrontare l’errore. Anche per il primo ordinato avevamo ordinato i bigoli e ci portano, invece, gli spaghetti, sempre dicendo solo quando arriva il piatto che erano finiti i bigoli. Il personale è gentile e cordiale, ma certi scivoloni vanno affrontati con più professionalità, tant’è che al momento del conto c’è stato semplicemente arrotondato il conto da 61,50€ a 60€. Direi che non sono stati errori che rimediano la figura fatta con 1,50€. Bisogna saperci fare in certe cose e purtroppo siamo rimasti...

Doesn't take AMEX, which in Europe isnt out of the ordinary but they have the AMEX folios so after they mess up your order that's the cherry on top.
