Ristorante Gang Nam — Restaurant in Bologna

My family and I went here for dinner as it was just down the road from our accommodation, the service was very average, we asked for Red wine, and were told they didn't have any, we were then given a different bottle to what we ordered and much to our surprise it was Red wine! We were moved from our original table 10 mins after we were seated, not sure why. The food was ok, a little different to what we were expecting, the staff were unprofessional and eating in front of patrons, they were not attentive to our needs, we had to ask for cutlery to eat our food, right beside out table were empty used alcohol bottles on a table at the front of the restaurant, not a great experience, it is not somewhere I...

Pranzo fuori con le amiche. La prima impressione non è stata delle migliori. Arriviamo alle 13.05, con prenotazione per le 13, trovando il locale a luci spente e ancora da pulire (tavoli da sparecchiare, pavimento sporco). Ci viene detto che la sera precedente una festa si è protratta sino a tardi, cosa comprensibile, ma ciò implica rassettare prima di pranzo. Stenderò un velo pietoso sulle condizioni disumane del bagno che non è stato pulito per tutta la durata della nostra permanenza lì. Credo poi che, non essendo il ristorante gestito da coreani, la cucina perda un po' di autenticità e sia una commistione tra quella coreana e quella cinese. Ad ogni modo, nonostante la prima impressione non fosse stata delle migliori, decidiamo di restare. Ho apprezzato molto i tavoli con griglia incorporata, il servizio avrebbe necessitato di qualche accortezza in più (cucchiai chiesti più volte, mancanza di tovaglioli di riserva, bacchette da richiedere appositamente). Ho trovato inoltre molto carino il proiettore che permetteva di vedere sulla parete video kpop e le canzoni in sottofondo. Per quanto riguarda il cibo ammetto che mi ha colpito unicamente il sapore della carne marinata poi cotta sulla griglia e della salsa di accompagnamento. Tteokbokki, kimbap, bibimbap, pajeon, jjajangmyeon e spaghetti di soia buoni, ma nella media. Ho apprezzato il fatto che i cibi non fossero esageratamente piccanti. Il ristorante offre menù all you can eat con prezzi diversificati per pranzo e cena, quindi ordinare più piatti se si è in più persone per assaggiare pietanze differenti è un'ottima soluzione. Good food. The portions are abundant. We chose to go there for lunch. Option chosen: All you can eat, at 15.90€ without drinks and dessert. At the end just for the menu we spent 16.90€.

A suggestion , order a few plates at a time so you can understand how much you can eat , considering that the portions are abundant.

In our case , fortunately we could ask and the Lady gently agreed and blocked the orders that had to still be processed. Otherwise it would have been a tricky situation 😂.
