Ristorante Pizzeria Snoopy — Restaurant in Bologna

We had a weird experience at this restaurant. The first night we arrived in Bologna, we had a late dinner, and everything was fine. The pizza was super tasty, the service was good, the atmosphere was amazing (also it was a Saturday night). On Monday, we decided to have dinner again there, and we ordered two portions of tagliatelle bolognese. When the food arrived, my friend found a big piece of glass in the pasta !! We were shocked and disgusted. We told the waiter about this and we refused our food. The staff apologised and asked if we wanted another portion, and we said no. They tried to offer a pizza, and we respectfully refused. We didn't make a big fuss about the situation because we were shocked but the staff was super chill about the whole situation. We finished our drinks and went to pay the bill. When we paid we also were charged COPERTA, why ? Why we needed to pay extra 5 euros for service charge when we left hungry ? This is not normal, because we were tourists there the staff couldn't care less. This never happened before in my life! Absolutely horrible. I would never recommend this place and it is a shame because on the first night everything seemed fine, now I question the cleanliness...

of course they do wine by the litre, it's Snoopy's!!!

we had some food. it was food and it tasted like food. the price was 'correct'. for this snoopy 2 gets 2 snoops out of 2. the pizza was pizza and the pasta, pasta. the pizza was made with bread and the pasta, with bread!

there Is no snoopy Here. this did have an effect on my final score.

the service was there. everybody wore clothes (including snoopy!!) (Including the staff!!) we had food. desserts? I can't comment because we were full, but they definitely had them.

If you want some food and you want some food, snoopy 2 has food and you can buy it.

This was a real let down except for the wine. I ordered the snoopy salad with shrimp...2 prawns...and seriously some canned tuna. Zero flavour or dressing other than the olive oil on the table. Canned corn. 4 olives and 4 bits of walnut. Even the chips were bad I'm pretty sure they served us the chips that had been floating in the fryer. Service was hilariously bad. Our mains served at different times and I had to insist on being given a fork for my salad. On the upside nice outdoor seating and it was funny watching other diners laughing at the ridiculous service. Worth going to for the comedy aspect...
