Daisy Summer Eat & Drink — Restaurant in Bosa

We recently visited Daisy Restaurant and tried a few dishes: Spaghetti Carbonara, a Lasagne, and a mixed salad.

The food overall was average. It didn’t really taste fresh, and while it was somewhere between mediocre and decent, it wasn’t particularly impressive.

The salad was especially disappointing—it was limp, and some of the leaves were already turning brown. On top of that, we had to prepare the dressing ourselves with small plastic pouches of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. That definitely took away from the experience and charm.

All in all, it was a very middle-of-the-road dining experience. Probably fine if you’re hungry and just want something quick without expecting refined flavors. As mentioned, the food was average at best.

On the positive side, the staff was friendly. One little note, though: the kitchen is open to view, and it seemed a bit messy. Since guests can see inside, some tidying up might be a good idea.

That’s really all there is to say. Average food, friendly service, "nice" view, but...

Il menù è curato sia per il Pranzo che nel mio caso è stato semplicemente fantastico (piatti freschi e saporiti che sanno combinare ingredienti di qualità con un tocco creativo, piatti leggeri ma ricchi di gusto, perfetti per una pausa pranzo in una giornata calda) sia per gli Aperitivi, perfetti per un happy hour con gli amici! Cocktail freschi e sfiziosi, accompagnati da una selezione di stuzzichini deliziosi. L'atmosfera che si respira mentre sorseggi un drink è davvero unica, soprattutto con il sole che tramonta all'orizzonte. E poi, quando il sole cala, il locale si trasforma in un vero e proprio punto di riferimento per le serate estive. La musica dal vivo e dj set sono sempre azzeccati e riescono a creare l'ambiente ideale per chi vuole divertirsi, ballare e godersi una serata senza pensieri. Insomma, che si tratti di un pranzo rilassante, un aperitivo con vista o una serata all'insegna della musica e del divertimento, questo locale ha tutto ciò che serve per farvi vivere un'esperienza estiva indimenticabile!

We had a wonderful lunch at Daisy Summer Eat & Drink in Bosa Marina! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor.
