Bar Lido Assenza — Restaurant in Brenzone sul Garda

One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had – avoid this place.

We gave this restaurant two chances and both visits were incredibly disappointing due to the lousy and careless staff. I had seen other reviews mentioning the poor service, but unfortunately, I didn’t take them seriously. I should have.

First visit: We arrived around 9:30 PM. Their Google Maps listing says they close at 11 PM, and they did seat us and hand us menus. But that was it. No one came to take our order. After waiting quite a while, we had to go to them ourselves, only to be casually told that the kitchen had already closed. No apology, no heads-up when we arrived – nothing. They just let us sit there, knowing they wouldn’t serve us.

Second visit: We tried again, thinking maybe the first time was a fluke. This time it was around 7 PM and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. We got our menus and then were completely ignored. I had a question about some items listed on their online menu (which were different from the physical menu). The waiter said he’d check with the kitchen and let me know. He disappeared for a moment, then just wandered around doing nothing, not coming back at all. I watched him for several minutes – he was clearly not busy, just disinterested and inattentive.

It’s obvious that the staff simply don’t care. They act like they’re doing you a favor by letting you sit there. This is not how a professional restaurant should operate. If you value decent service and basic courtesy, do yourself a favor and go...

Allucinante. Minuscolo lido di recente installazione al quale, in seguito all’insistente sponsorizzazione di aperitivi rinforzati, musica dal vivo ed eventi a tema, decidiamo di dare una chance in una tarda domenica pomeriggio. Abbandonata l’auto nell’esiguo parcheggio adiacente, entriamo con l’idea di un paio di drink il cui costo sarà certamente giustificato da abbondante stuzzicheria – come promesso dalla locandina, a partire dalle ore 17. Sono le 17.30 e chiediamo cortesemente alla cameriera come si svolgono le circostanze della serata. In tutta risposta, si lamenta di essere appena arrivata, di non saperne nulla e di dover chiedere al proprietario. Quest’ultimo, troppo impegnato a confabulare con la propria compagnia di vergognosi attempati già pieni di alcol fino al collo, confabula che qualcosa dovrebbe cominciare a partire dalle 18. E siamo già a due scivolate. Ci accomodiamo ugualmente per pietà e ci alziamo venti minuti dopo aver guardato il menù e atteso invano che qualcuno del personale non fingesse di non vederci. Super Bar direkt am Ufer vom Gardasee!

Tolles Team die auch etwas von Wein verstehen! Teilweise wird auch super deutsch gesprochen.

Bedienungen nach der 1. bestellung einfach aufmerksam machen auf einen weiteren Wunsch und man wird sofort zufrieden gestellt!

Preisleistung ist top, qualitativ sehr gute Getränke&speisen.

Vor allem am Wochende bietet man Live-Events, Grillen etc. Wo man vorab Tische reservieren kann, und den Sonnenuntergang bei gutem Essen&Trinken genießen kann.

Des Weiteren befindet sich auch eine schöne Badestelle am Standort.

Wir/Ich kann nur sagen das wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben und in dieser Gegend unser Stammlokal bleiben wird
