I miss your rice dishes so much even when I’m back in my own country!! Dear owners, if you read these I really hope to learn abt the rice you use, is it 圆头米 or 五常米? Could you share it? And how do you prepare it (double rinse, extra water or ?)

I’m insane for asking these, I know.

Within less than 12 hrs I was there in Brescia, I ate in once and bought takeaway to eat at the airport. The rice texture tasted so good with the sauce its soaked in even when it’s cold!!! Amazing.

I’d drop by again if I ever travel back to...
