I’m very sorry, but the ordering with the iPad is cool and works well, but to start with this one guy that always gives you a big bottle of water even you did not order it and you even tell him and refuse he will still give it to you and put it on the bill. It happen always! The workers are the most of the time lazy and even after asking for wasabi and ginger (what you can’t even order on the ipad) which is normally given in every sushi restaurant I ever was. They say first they will bring you but then they act like nothing. Happened not 1 time, not 2 times, not 3 times but many many more times…. The sushi is not that bad, but also not that good, seems not very fresh. The soup they served to me cold (as I said not just one time) and the ramen is not good. The chicken (fried and cooked) is good. The calamari seems like just fried flour. I’m very sorry for the owner (I think the small guy) he seems very kind and needs to make alot of things right because of his workers… I would love to come back, if the things would really change, but for now I would not recommend this restaurant! Read moreThe initiative to use modern technology (tablets at the table) to make the customer experience better at an all you can eat is a great idea. However if the human customer service is reduced to 0 with no way to know if an order has been sent properly or not and no instructions on how to use the menu once sat at a table is ridiculous. This comment is due to the fact that I was trying to have lunch with my family and we were seated at a table with the tablet which was in a mode where we could send the order but it did not show up in the kitchen - hence useless. After waiting for 35 minutes WE had to ask a waiter to help us eventhough we were obviously with no drinks or food. The waitress then with an attitude had to restart the order sequence... All in all not the best customer experience....
Read moreIts a hit or miss for me, I went here about a year or two. The technology definitely does some advances and it is a cool touch, the food is worse than I thought. The soup I ordered tasted more like water rather than the taste it was supposed to be, and the sushi was alright! Most things werent as tasty as I thought and infact we stayed in there for 2 hours just to finish eating everything. The customer service is great, the dishes were here just in time!
