Antica Trattoria Semino — Restaurant in Busalla

We were coming from outlet to Genova city, decided to random choose a place for dinner. This was amazing, even better than some restaurants in the city center. The appetizers or something to nip before 1st course was a bowl of chewy bread and fries. Even that was awesome. Pasta is so fresh and pesto was perfect. Let alone the black truffle with egg yolk, very generous portions of truffle slice!

Great fun. But more than that. Great food too. We like to go 'off track' a little bit and this fits that bill. Out in the sticks, north of Genova. We had some divine food, a spectacular bottle of wine and that feeling of friendship that a good host projects.
