Siamo stati nella location di savignone siccome quella di busalla è chiusa per lavori del comune sulla piazzetta antistante. Il proprietario, gentilissimo, ci ha spiegato con tanto di foto inviate su whatsapp come arrivare alla bellissima villa Grit. All’accoglienza due ragazzi molto giovani e gentilissimi ci hanno mostrato dove parcheggiare, per poi accompagnarci al tavolo. Il mio compagno mi aveva già anticipato la bontà dei prodotti a menu siccome lui conosceva già la loro cucina e le aspettative sono state ampiamente rispettate. I porcini freschi deliziosi in ogni loro forma, dall’insalata a crudo al fritto, il tartufo ottimo. Che dire.. chi si lamenta del prezzo evidentemente non sa cosa sta mangiando perché, per dei prodotti così di qualità, raccolti da loro nel territorio, in una location così bella, sono più che proporzionati (un primo a base di porcini freschi 13€, un secondo a base di tartufo 20€).
