The “Chef’s” is insane/ horrible and should not be allowed to serve the public- Fraudulent/ aggressive behaviour.

DO NOT ATTEND. The service we received was absolutely obscene. We ordered wine, appetisers and 4 mains. We received an opened bottle of wine. When questioned, the waitress said they were “in a rush”.

The wine we ordered was a very familiar bottle to us. It was not the correct wine.

The table behind us also ordered a bottle of wine which arrived opened and they had to send back as it was not correct.

This restaurant serves branded bottles of wine opened, with other wine inside and presents/charges it as the advertised bottles.

This is a disgrace.

When we asked the chef about the incorrect wines he quickly removed the bottle and glasses from the table with aggression, that could only be described as insanity.

Once he had done this, the table behind us also questioned him about their wine. He began shouting loudly and then proceeded to say he would be refusing to serve our table.

I have never experienced service like this in my life.

Charging customers for “fake” wine. The aggression, and the lack of customer service was SHOCKING.

Other customers also left as they were frightened by the chefs behaviour.

Completely disgusting.

It is such a shame that a restaurant of such beauty has a chef that ruins the look and atmosphere of the place.

Do not waste your time or money attending this fraudulent...

SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE QUESTO LOCALE!! Privo di rispetto e professionalità! A partire dal proprietario fino ad arrivare a tutti i camerieri dello staff . Dopo aver affettato l’ordinazione… ancor prima dell’arrivo degli antipasti ci viene portata 1 pizza ordinata da uno di noi, LAMENTANDO la questione ad uno dei camerieri ci volta le spalle SENZA ALCUNA SCUSANTE! Avvertiamo la questione ad un secondo cameriere che ci risponde “il pizzaiolo non aveva nulla da fare per ciò ha infornato la pizza” voltandoci nuovamente la spalle. Dopo l’arrivo degli antipasti arrivano i tre filetti RICHIESTI BEN COTTI dal resto di noi.. PALESE ANNUNCIARVI CHE CI VENGONO SERVITI AL SANGUE. Al che facciamo svariate richieste ai camerieri di poter parlare con il GRANDISSIMO MALEDUCATO del proprietario che non si è mai presentato. Infine lamentiamo il tutto ad una terza cameriera, sottolineando anche che nessuno dei camerieri si è scusato per la questione pizza senza neanche chiedere se volessimo far portare la pizza dopo gli antipasti ci risponde: “Non essendo una pizza errata non abbiamo potuto portarla indietro ”. Inutile stare a scrivere anche come si è chiusa la questione al momento del pagamento con il proprietario 👎🏼 ben 150€ di conto pagato, usciti a pancia vuota di sabato sera! “DOPO 25 anni di esperienza in questo settore”a parer mio esperienza non valida NON SONO IN GRADO DI PORTARE AVANTI IL LOCALE👎🏼 (Recensione avvenuta appena usciti dal locale) …..dopo ci siamo...

Prenotato alle 22, entrati alle 22.30, usciti dal ristorante alle 23.45 con lo stomaco vuoto. Dopo aver sollecitato più volte i camerieri poiché le pizze che avevamo ordinato tardavano ad arrivare anche dopo aver notato che tavoli accomodotati dopo di noi sono stati serviti, il proprietario si avvicina al tavolo e ci comunica che ha bloccato l'ordine. Forse perché infastidito dai nostri solleciti? Forse perché c'era ancora gente fuori da fare accomodare? Chissà.. fatto sta che ci ha invitato a lasciare il locale. Trovo il fare del proprietario da maleducati, se non si è in grado di servire tutti gli ospiti con le giuste tempistiche allora sarebbe meglio non accettare prenotazioni.

Preciso che non abbiamo "ricattato" nessuno anzi, non abbiamo neanche accennato al fatto di volercene andare consapevoli che a mezzanotte sarebbe stato difficile trovare da mangiare da qualche altra parte. Abbiamo sempre e gentilmente chiesto a che punto fossero le pizze dato che avevamo ordinato solo quelle da un'ora. A un certo punto il cameriere stesso si è reso incredulo della disorganizzazione in cucina non riuscendoci a dare alcuna spiegazione. Il proprietario si è dato per disperso per tutto il tempo palesandosi alla fine solo per "invitarci" ad andare via. Educazione e servizio sono un optional al carbondolce!
