The cuisine and food at this restaurant are really good, and the Italian service works well. Unfortunately, the experience was significantly worsened by the one of the waiters’ behaviour. SERVIZIO PESSIMO !!! Siamo andati a mangiare due volte in questo ristorante la prima volta un attesa molto lunga e faceva anche molto caldo, ma abbiamo capito visto che era il 15 agosto.(una cosa che mi ha fatto “ridere “la prima sera il cameriere, che la seconda sera ci ha trattato malissimo ,ha portato un piatto ad un mio amico e mentre tagliava la polenta glielo ha sfilato dalle mani perché aveva sbagliato a portarlo al nostro tavolo ) IMBARAZZANTE ! Qualche giorno dopo siamo voluti ritornare chiedendo di metterci in un tavolo dove c era l aria condizionata. Ci hanno accontentati, ma il cameriere più anziano un grandissimo MALEDUCATO! Abbiamo chiesto una pasta al pesto per i bambini, ci ha detto che non era possibile, vedendo nel menu’ la pizza con il pesto abbiamo chiesto gentilmente se poteva “usare “ il pesto per condire la pasta. Ci ha risposto in malo modo dicendo che non si poteva fare e che se non ci andava bene potevamo andarcene dal locale! Più volte ha ripetuto che potevamo andarcene ! Creando imbarazzo anche ai tavoli vicini ! Io mi sarei alzata e me ne sarei andata subito ! infatti dal nervoso non ho cenato ! Purtroppo avevo i bambini che avevamo molta fame e quindi abbiamo cenato molto velocemente e ce ne siamo andati !!! Al momento del pagamento ho fatto presente della gran maleducazione del cameriere , la ragazza in cassa non sembrava neanche tanto sorpresa dal Suo comportamento ( e leggendo le recensioni ho esperienze simili con il cameriere ) ma si è scusata comunque tantissimo ! (Lei Molto carina ) lui invece dopo le nostre lamentele ha risposto “buona serata ciao !!” Maleducato fino alla fine...

Worst service ever! We haven't been served for almost 45mins. Then, when they brought the drinks, they forgot half of it. Afterwards, we ordered the drinks again and acutally never got them. When they served the meal, out of a group of 5, only 3 people got their food. So we were reminding them 3 times but still did not get the food. After 1.5hrs, we went to the guy making the pizza and ordering it ourselves and finally somehow we got the pizza. In the end, we were still missing our drinks and the pizza was not even very nice....
