Excellent and (for me) unexpected restaurant that definitely raises the quality of the neighbourhood. I happened there by chance with a colleague.

The ambient was very friendly. Everything was spotlessly clean and we were met with courtesy and professionalism by the staff.

Food was amazing. I had a tuna "tagliata" (grilled slices, rare), a Pedavena beer (which enjoys a long history in Veneto) and profiteroles as dessert. My colleague got a classic "cacio e pepe" and a "polenta" dessert (that is, a cake that imitates polenta, but has a sweet flavour).

I must admit I am ashamed I did not take any pictures because not only the quality of food but the presentation as well was excellent. The tuna melted in my mouth and it is the type of taste you will remember in time. Even the profiteroles caressed my taste buds and it was intriguing to notice that a lot of effort had been put on the chocolate mousse surrounding them: thick but creamy, as it should be.

I cannot wait to try the wine selections and other fish dishes. For those who do not love fish, the menu appears to offer different choices: either classic Italian dishes (like carbonara) or creative developments of the dishes of the Venetian tradition.

Nemrég látogattam meg ezt a fantasztikus éttermet Caorlében, Olaszországban, és csak szuperlatívuszokban tudok róla beszélni. Az ételek minősége egyszerűen kiváló volt. We got a server which was not interested in his work at all. He wanted to seat us at the worst spot even though there was plenty of space available. He was speaking very quiletly and it looked like kinda annoyed. Food was good but the portion was very small. They did not even give us bread, that feels very strange in an italian restaurant.
