Ristorante Pizzeria Azzurra — Restaurant in Caorle

Long story short: there might be a better spot to eat. Waiter at this location are unfriendly. Beware the old guys. Young personal seems to be friendly.

Calamari were squid and tasted like nothing. The texture something from raw to squeeky. No crispness neither jucyness. I ate the decoration: salad leafs on the table. They were good. 14 € for such a dish too much with no ambition to make it delicious. I am curious how that have been 300 grams. Usually I do that once in 10 years but this dish goes back.

Pizza I tried than was ok but not great either. Get to the restaurant on the opposite street side . They make phantastic pizza. In the end they made me to pay for everything. No...

Never again! Staff very unprofessional and continuously lied to us. The order didn’t match what we ate and although we asked about it, they avoided the problem in different ways. They also added cheese in the risotto to cover their mistakes and when I asked about it, they answered there wasn’t any (and I’m intolerant). When we exposed the problem to the owner, he treated us like we were completely wrong, he “taught” us how we should have behaved and didn’t care about solving the problem at all. Obviously we paid the full price. Overall, Caorle is full of nice places where to eat with friendly and helpful staff, so I highly advice to go...

This was a really bad one. We ate an insalata italiana for the first course which was "only" a mixed salad, more expensive than a beef tatar as a first course in a normal restaurant. I haven't seen anything like that. I would not recommend that.

Secondly we ordered Spaghetti all'amatriciana which was made without amatriciana, but normal ham. We asked the waiter and complained and he said, I am right, this is not the typical one but the people like it and nobody says anything, so the serve this variant.
