This is my favourite restaurant in Capaci!

We love the people and the food here. They are well organised and accommodating. It is our second time here and it is a friday night when we arrived without any reservation. Nonetheless, they allowed us in and accommodated us with utmost hospitality.

The waiters are proactive and friendly, they always render their service in the highest level every time we come and we are very impressed by their dedication and sincerity to serve.

Worthy to mention is also their own Salumeria where they cut fresh salumi on the spot prior serving. There is a dedicated person at the station just for this important task to ensure the salumi are served fresh or place on top of the pizza which just exit the oven.

Our compliments goes out to all the waiters and the restaurant manager for this wonderful organisation and pleasant dining experience.

We recommend anyone in the area to visit this restaurant and try...

We were celebrating a birthday dinner here and every aspect of the dining experience was excellent. The chef customized both our preferred fish entrees (whole fish, and 2x fillets, grilled perfectly), and even brought the fish out for us to see, prior to cooking (to be fair, the restaurant wasn't as busy at the time). The shrimp our companions had were delicious (as was the pizza we shared), and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

Service was attentive without being intrusive. The restaurant had ample indoor (air-conditioned) and outoor seating. They even had a garde manger station of sorts, where the cold cuts and meats were freshly sliced, and pizza prepped before serving.

All staff were attired in the same t-shirts reflecting the restaurant; everything was casual and relaxed, but very professional.

It was a really memorable birthday dinner indeed!...

First off with the positives; a friend living locally told us that the pizza is great and they weren't wrong. Not only the pizza, but also the fritte miste starter.

But loses one point for QR code menues requiring a smartphone and not having a paper menu.

Loses another for poor service; long wait times trying to grab someone - anyone's - attention to order more drinks or even to ask for the bill.

Ironically, we offered to go to the till to pay, but the waiter insisted we wait and the Bill would be brought to us. Which it eventually was... to be paid...
