My God, what a jewel, this place! Unfortunately, we didn't stay on the campground since we already booked elsewhere, but after we discovered this amazing bar-restaurant, we spent many, many hours here! Not only for the delicious cakes (we tried most of them, none of them disappointed us🤤), delicious gelato (the one with ricotta, basil and honey is spectacular!), and healthy, tasty food (many veggie options!❤️) but also for the way Elena, Veronica, Alma, Giulia and Milena (who gave us a tour on the premises with a lot of interesting explanations) made us feel welcome and at home 🫶🏼 . They also sell fresh fruits (the strawberries🍓 are simply heavenly sweet and juicy!) and veggies (never tasted cucumber like that!). They also have a nice selection of interesting information boards about plants on and some history of Elba and Orti di mare. A place where you don't just enjoy great food but where you can relax all day long. Feels like coming home.❤️

Dass das gereichte Weißbrot ohne Salz gebacken wird, mag toskanische Tradition sein. Es hilft jedoch nicht, wenn das Brot schmeckt, als wäre es bereits 2 Tage alt. Sowohl das Brot in den üblichen Tüten, das man als Snack bekommt, als auch das Bruschetta war hart und nicht geschmackvoll. Ich habe die anderen Tische beobachtet, die ebenfalls Bruschetta bestellt hatten und in ähnlich entstellte Gesichter geblickt. Wir hatten dann noch 2 mal Pizza Stücke bestellt. Eins davon war mit Artischocke und Käse - das konnten wir nicht essen, weil wir ausdrücklich gesagt haben, wir sind Veganer. Hier hatte aber die Bedienung in der Zwischenzeit gewechselt. Das zweite Stück war eine Marinara mit etwas Kapern. Auch hier war der Boden wie ein Keks gebacken und nicht saftig. Daher leider nicht zu empfehlen. Der Hauswein war lecker, wir hatten den halben Liter. Die Karte bzw das Angebot sollte überarbeitet werden. Alle Portionen sind grundsätzlich sehr klein, und wie ich beobachten konnte, dachten das wohl einige andere Gäste auch. Das Ambiente ist eine 10/10, sehr schön und gemütlich, das muss man sagen. Der Service war leider eher patzig und gestresst, es blieb keine Zeit für ein freundliches Lächeln. Schade. Eine Empfehlung (ich habe auch ein Restaurant): Streicht die Bilder von der Karte, sie sieht dadurch billig aus und entspricht nicht dem Ambiente. Arbeitet am Service, ein freundliches Auftreten und lächeln kann viel helfen. Das Ambiente bitte genau so lassen.

Il posto è da incanto, sembra uscito da un film: atmosfera romantica e suggestiva, davvero unico! ✨ Purtroppo i tempi di attesa sono stati lunghissimi: oltre 50 minuti prima che la cameriera ci prendesse l’ordine e altri 45 per ricevere i piatti, che peraltro non sono arrivati completi (le bruschette che avevo ordinato non sono mai arrivate). Capisco che non fosse colpa della cameriera, visibilmente sopraffatta: era da sola a gestire troppi tavoli. Per quanto riguarda il cibo: • Pizze, lasagne, bruschetta alla zucchina e tagliere di formaggi → strepitosi, davvero ottimi! • Formaggi → buonissimi, accompagnati da un vino altrettanto valido. • Bruschetta classica → purtroppo mai arrivata. • Piatto al carciofo → non mi è piaciuto, ricordava più un plumcake all’aglio che un piatto tradizionale: consistenza, aspetto e sapore non gradevoli. • Bibite con sciroppi → non il massimo. • Inoltre, diverse voci del menù non erano disponibili. 👉 Consiglierei vivamente al locale di aumentare il personale, perché il posto merita e sarebbe un peccato perdere clienti per via dell’attesa (abbiamo visto gente andarsene stufa). In ogni caso, tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio senza ombra di dubbio: vale davvero la pena, soprattutto se si evita l’alta stagione e ci si va in un momento più tranquillo, per godersi appieno la magia del luogo.

Very nice and chilly place, no doubt. But the food is overrated. Good ingredients but overcooked. I had sausage with beans. Sausage was OK but the beans completely overcooked, slimy feeling. The Pizza has nothing to do with a classic Pizza. Some kind of thick dough with tomato sauce and cheese. But definitely not the dough you are used to get when order a Pizza. Kids were disappointed. For drinks we ordered some kind of lemonade. Water (with or without gas) mixed with sirop. We choosed lemon ingwer flavor and expected something sour and fresh. We all three had been very surprised, that stuff was shocking sweet, we were not able to drink it. Maybe all has an ecological touch but the taste was just ugly and the prices are therefor much too high. You just await more when you read the menu....

EXCEPTIONAL!!! Oh my goodness, what a joy, what a relief finding such a jewel after few days on the island, feeling kind of trapped into eating the same food. Choices are very reduced for vegetarians or vegans on the island. This little hidden heaven is stunning; home made nutritious tasty healthy food in a natural environment and kind waitresses… what more to ask for? Definitely coming back once or twice before leaving! Super recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy a simple warm and welcoming atmosphere and taste delicious vegetarian Tuscan/Italian specialities! Thank you and Congratulations for doing something different, it always requires courage to go against...
