Food was good, and portion was too small for an expensive price; like for a seafood pasta (photo attached) I ordered was 15 Euros. There were more shells than the pasta itself.

Looks like half eaten, but not by me! Notice how clean and white in-between food and plate? Meaning it hasn't been touched, stirred, and stained by eating. That's just how much pasta I received, just pulled the shells on the side to show how little pasta there were. FYI, I have no interest in lying..I gain no benefit at all. Awful. They serve beef tartar from a supermarket, the meat is pink from chemicals and it was conserved in a vacuum packaging so the consistency is flat , no texture of real raw meat tartar. Locale prezioso e curato nei minimi particolari: risaltano i materiali lignei e marmorei (siamo nel cuore storico della Carrara del Marmo Bianco statuario) che accolgono educatamente (finalmente sale da pranzo che ci ricordano dell'importanza dell'ospitalità!!) i commensali. Cucina mirabile! Il trattamento e la presentazione delle variegate e prelibate portate di pesce sono all'insegna della precisione e di una graditissima sobrietà. Il posto d'onore può infatti restare riservato ai gusti: quelli freschi e delicati delle crudité che esaltano il mare; quelli rigorosamente equilibrati e accattivanti dei primi piatti che catturano per sempre i palati, alieni da violente sapidità; quelli sapienti dei secondi, che rivelano una robusta struttura gastronomica, senza incedere mai nell'uso di odori/condimenti che condizionino i sentori naturali delle eccellenti materie prime. Il laboratorio è completamente a vista del cliente, grazie ad una vetrata totale, indicativa della matura voglia dello chef di condividere tutta l'esperienza del convivio.
