We were so lucky to find this place today during our visit to Cassino , the staff were very helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed an amazing starter of crispy calamari/prawns followed by mouth watering pasta dishes. The service was very efficient and our pasta dishes were all outstanding. I personally loved the prawn pistachio pasta. I would highly recommend this restaurant for families as well as couples or nights out with friends. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful experience.

This was an amazing meal! If you enjoy quality food made exquisitely, Hosteria Santé is for you! Pictured are only a few of the dishes we indulged in, but all were amazing! Pictured are Seafood Grill, pistachio pesto pasta with shrimp and tiramisu. We also had the carbonara, the salmon and 2 apps that were all also amazing as well! The staff were so friendly, including the chef entertaining us from the kitchen! Highly recommend you stop to enjoy this great restaurant!

On ouvre la porte de ce restaurant comme on soulève le couvercle d’une marmite d’un plat longtemps mijoté. Préparé avec amour, en prenant le temps, en respectant les températures et les cuissons. Chaque ingrédient est préservé pour en tirer le meilleur, afin que l’on puisse savourer le goût unique de chaque chose. Tout est mêlé avec passion, dans une harmonie parfaite où aucune note ne cherche à dominer l’autre. Une mélodie savoureuse, belle à regarder, délicieuse à goûter, agréable à respirer. Une véritable communication des sens, pour apprécier les saveurs de cette cuisine italienne. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre halte spontanée. Guidés par les champs environnants, c’est ici que nous sommes arrivés. Un grand merci au chef, grand maître de ce lieu, que l’on observe orchestrer sa partition depuis la cuisine ouverte. Je me croirais presque dans un bon film. l’Italien qui ouvre un petit restaurant de quartier pour ses voisins, ceux qui l’ont vu grandir. Il est là, il reste là, et il restera là pour nourrir les siens, pour rappeler à chacun ce qu’est la vraie cuisine italienne : simple, généreuse, sincère. Un moment de partage tendre et affectueux. On sent qu’il y a de l’amour en toutes choses. Car ici, chaque plat est préparé avec respect, passion et une maîtrise presque parfaite de l’art culinaire.

This is a fantastic place. Very warm & welcoming staff. We had dinner with a party of 9 last night. Our Italian language skills are not strong. They made it easy. Nice selection of wines. The seafood choices were spectacular. Try the fried shrimp and calamari platter. It's massive. Easily enough for two or three people. The pasta with Norway lobster is also good. I highly recommend the fried pizza. You can't go wrong. The whole fish is also spectacular. Pricing is also reasonable. Actually more of an incredible value. Regrettably I don't have many...
