Complete tourist trap, I’d recommend to avoid it. The interior is quite nice as well as the garden outside. Cannot say for main course, but pasta was horrible. Worst pasta I ate for few years in Italy, a small kid could make a better one. Carbonara had no taste at all, no pepper, no sauce (clumps of “boiled” egg yolk), instead of guanciale they put bacon with undercooked fat pieces. Pasta with clams was “soupy” consistency, no sauce, no taste at all again. The clams were not washed properly and were full of sand. Had lunch here at the beginning of June. There was 5 adults and 2 children. Food was excellent and extremely child friendly. They had a small play area for kids to play while we waited for our food. A Cassino per la prima volta, abbiamo scelto di cenare in questo accogliente ristorante, dove il padrone di casa, Tony, ci ha salutato con simpatia e accompagnato nella scelta dei pasti. Abbiamo mangiato un ottimo antipasto, una grigliata per due con cicoria, per concludere con un ottimo tiramisù fatto in casa. Il tutto innaffiato da un vino rosso della casa ed acqua liscia. Il locale è ben fatto e presenta un “angoletto” a misura di bambino, dove i bimbi possono mangiare e giocare, mentre mamma e papà mangiano, poco distanti, osservandoli. Il personale è molto disponibile e cortese ed abbiamo trovato, sicuramente, un posto dove ritornare, quando ritorneremo a Cassino.

In Cassino for the first time, we chose to dine in this cozy restaurant, where the host, Tony, greeted us with sympathy and accompanied in the choice of meals.
