Risto Pizza Continental — Restaurant in Castagneto Carducci

I won't come again to this place as the service is the worse I have ever seen. First, nothing I ordered was available but was still on the menu. The worse thing was when they came back to tell me the wine I ordered was not available and the server proposed an alternative. I've asked what type of wine was this substitute they were proposing and the answer has been "it's a wine..." delivered with no care. I've tried to make a joke on the fact that nothing I ordered was available but another server got that so personal that she replied to me in a pretty rude way. I understand this is a seasonal job, but the service is 50% the experience in a restaurant and if you don't care, find another job!...

Sono arrivato il 17/08/19 per la prima volta in questo campeggio quindi alla sera non avendo niente da mangiare visto che ero arrivato nel pomeriggio alla sera ho deciso di andare nel ristorante del campeggio , di tutta risposta del personale del Risto Pizza Continental se avevo prenotato altrimenti non cera posto, notare il ristorante non ha tantissimi coperti e comunque più della metà erano ancora vuoti , allora oppto per la pizza da asporto , con attesa di circa un ora (dalle 20'30 alle 21'45) ,nel frattempo nell'attesa all'inteno della struttura sono arrivati anche dei stranieri anche loro in 3 come ero io, senza prenotazione ma in questo caso gli anno trovato il posto, forse i miei soldi erano diversi dai loro ma, ma comunque torniamo a me quando mi hanno consegnato le pizze (21'45) non erano ancora arrivati tutte le persone che avevano prenotato. Quindi un ristorante con pochi coperti come questo che prende prenotazioni per ore che non sia all'apertura dello stesso lasciando fuori clienti del campeggio per altri sicuramente clienti stanziali del campeggio non merita di essere chiamato ristorante chiamatelo club privato. P,S. frecuento campeggi da circa 30 anni e non ho mai trovato un ristorante di un campeggio che prende prenotazioni tali da bloccare l'intero ristorante pessimo e certo che eviterò questo campeggio per i prossimi anni e lo...

In diesem Restaurant haben nicht nur meine Nerven versagt – es war ein regelrechtes emotionales Desaster mit Pasta und Beilagensalat.

Ich hatte wirklich feine Tagliatelle, mein Bruder eine top Pizza – geschmacklich alles im grünen Bereich, da kann man nichts sagen. Doch dann kam mein Vater ins Spiel. Er bestellte einen Salat und betonte mit der Inbrunst eines ausgehungerten Gourmets, dass er bitte zuerst kommen solle. Vor dem Hauptgericht. Nicht danach. Nicht gleichzeitig. Einfach nur vorher.

Das Restaurant hat das sehr… kreativ interpretiert. Der Salat kam nämlich zusammen mit unseren Hauptgerichten – und mein Vater verschlang ihn in Rekordzeit wie bei einem olympischen Salat-Wettessen. Dummerweise ließ sein Hauptgericht dann so lange auf sich warten, dass ich in aller Ruhe meine Pasta genießen, verdauen und fast schon ein Nickerchen machen konnte, während er immer noch hungrig wartete.

Das Ergebnis? Ein Vater, der nicht mit seinen Kindern essen konnte – und ein Tisch voller enttäuschter Blicke. Emotionale Schäden inklusive. Hier haben Service, Taktgefühl und sämtliche zwischenmenschlichen Sinne kollektiv den Dienst quittiert.

Fazit: Essen gut, Service wie ein schlechter Comedy-Sketch. Und ja – ich kann es nicht anders sagen: Hier haben jegliche Gefühle, Abläufe, Instinkte und Körperteile VERSAGT. Restlos....
