Aijap philosophy — Restaurant in Castellammare di Stabia

A lovely break from bread and pasta. I was looking for a little bit of what Im used to and found AJ which catered for my wifes tastes (not a big fish fan) as well as my own (anything).

Id recommend what we ate: chicken gyoza (we ordered a 2nd bowl), seaweed, small nigiri set and chicken teriyaki. Plus a couple of drinks came to about 60 Euro.

Prima volta in questo ristorante. Location bellissima e siamo stati accolti anche bene. Menu ricco e ottima carta dei vini. Quando arrivano i piatti però il giudizio cambia. Eravamo in quattro e abbiamo ordinato due porzioni di ravioli di pesce, un set di nigiri special da 16 pezzi e un set di 40 pezzi di roll special. Oltre ad essere arrivati in pochissimo tempo, e spesso questo non è segno di qualità, era tutto cosi Basic, tranne forse un roll, o direi mini roll, poiché erano piccolissimi, al punto che dopo aver mangiato avevamo ancora tantissima fame. Abbiamo poi ordinato gli harumaki di mare, una porzione da quattro mini harumaki, inesistenti.
