Rarely seen not a good person(thus service) in Puglia but maybe exception for the tourist place...I have booked in advance and when we went there, una cameriera didn't even say "buonasera", and she asked almost every words that I have told her AGAIN and again. I speak Italian enough understand for native Italians so I could not figure why she acted like that. I felt somewhat discrimination or maybe she's not an Italian so didn't wanna speak Italian language since I rarely seen discrimination because of asian face in Italy.

I should not order dishes since above incident was happened while I was asking about the vegan arrangements that I have already mentio ned at the booking, but seemed she didn't even see it or not trying to understand🥲

Sono stata a cena ieri sera! Cibo nella media: in zona si trova di meglio. Cameriere disattento superficiale ( Lui o I suoi colleghi in cucina), in ogni caso non adeguatamente formati sulle allergie: Ho comunicato di essere allergica ai latticini, ho chiesto una variazione sull'antipasto (un tagliere solo con Salumi, senza mozzarelline: Mi ha risposto che non sapeva se fosse possibile) non ho avuto riscontro fino a quando non è arrivato il tagliere era possibile!!! Poi ho ordinato della carne alla griglia con contorno: mi sono arrivate le verdure con Il BURRO. Quando ho detto al cameriere che le patate sapevano di burro e di chiedere in cucina é tornato semplicemente dicendomi che lo contenevano ed è andato via mentre gli parlavo... Naturalmente avevo con me le pastiglie al cortisone e questo ha fatto sì che non fosse necessario chiamare l'ambulanza. Queste persone evidentemente non si rendono conto dei danni che provocano e, mi ha sorpreso ancora di più l'altra Signora con cui ho parlato dopo (forse la titolare) che quando le ho detto che avevano rischiato di uccidermi ha semplicemente risposto: "mi scusi non lo sapevo". Forse non sanno della normativa sugli allergeni? Tralaltro non indicati nel menù? Forse dovrebbero tornare a scuola? Magari dovrebbero chiudere e dedicarsi...
