Ci sono stato diverse volte ma non avevo mai recensito prima d'ora.

Partiamo dal presupposto che l'ambientazione è molto simile al classico Amy Sushi ma molto più curato nel dettaglio rispetto molti locali della catena, forse tra i migliori!

Riguardo al menù, da quasi 1 anno a questa parte è stato totalmente rivoluzionato in stile gourmet, si possono apprezzare varie varianti della cucina tipica con rivisitazioni italiane utilizzando ad esempio la mozzarella di bufala e....(prossimamente, forse, aggiungerò alcune foto, il motivo del forse è spiegato nel pessimo servizio) Il tutto molto buono, soprattutto i ravioli gyoza e shao mai che sono cotti a vapore in modo accurato e non come in alcuni locali che te li servono crudi.

Fin qui darei 5/5!

Peccato per il servizio, darei 0 se si potesse! sono anni che ci vado (quando ancora non c'erano i tablet) ed è la prima volta che ho visto il peggio che potessero offrire.

Riguardo al servizio, direi che è stato molto ma molto scadente, come dicevo precedentemente, forse il servizio peggiore ricevuto in vita mia. Nonostante l'impiego dei tablet che avesse velocizzato e migliorato il servizio, quest'ultima volta è andata malissimo! Con l'utilizzo del tablet le portate dovrebbero essere sempre corrette e precise, cosa che una volta con la carta si poteva sbagliare data la moltitudine di tavoli e ordini. Quest'ultima volta, fin dalla prima portata, continuavano ad arrivare piatti non nostri che rimandavamo indietro o quantità errate di piatti che non erano segnate, nonostante avessimo già detto 2/3 volte che non fossero i nostri. Dopo un pò è arrivata una "Santa cameriera" che finalmente ha risolto il problema. Tutto procede bene fino a che ad un certo punto ARRIVA UNA DI LORO, CI PRENDE IL TABLET E C'E' LO PORTA VIA SENZA RIDARCELO INDIETRO E SENZA MOTIVO!!! ASSURDO!!! Eravamo io e la mia fidanzata, non avevamo ordinato chissà cosa eppure ci è stato portato via! Dopo un pò arrivano le ultime portate, mangiamo e giustamente chiediamo aiuto ad un cameriere dicendo che ci era stato portato via il tablet e volevamo ordinare altro, anche solo il dolce e il caffè, ci dice, si arrivo subito. Passano 20 minuti, dopodiché chiediamo quindi dove fosse il tablet e che piuttosto di portare il caffè se per qualche assurda ragione non volessero più ridarlo. Passano altri 25 minuti e il caffè non arriva, allora mi alzo e vado a domandare sempre educatamente, se potessero portarci quanto meno il caffè dato che lo avevamo ordinato da 25 minuti "a voce" non potendo più ordinarlo con il tablet dato che era sparito. Un'altra nota dolente è che si sono più veloci rispetto a quando c'era la carta ma anche troppo! Metti l'harumaki nella salsa ne mangi un pezzo stai per puciarlo di nuovo e...ti sfilano il piatto.

In totale ambiente ottimo, cibo ottimo, servizio veramente scadente!

In cassa non ci dicono nulla e neppure ci fanno lo sconto per il disagio (noi perché siamo educati abbiamo pagato e non ci siamo lamentati). Il biscottino abbiamo dovuto chiederlo noi perché altrimenti campa cavallo che l'erba cresce.

Non credo ritorneremo nel breve periodo. Servizio...

We left hungry :( When we entered the restaurant (it is well designed) we got an a tablet without any explanation and no information whatsoever was on it. Just 0.0 prices. We asked for help and someone came after few minutes and explained that it is all you can eat restaurant but we should not order too much because we need to pay extra if we don’t finish. There is no information on how large each portion is. So we have ordered 11 portions that ended up being very small (It was pretty good). The second time we have ordered, most of the dished came only after 20-30 minutes!! So we’re hungry, already more than hour in the restaurant and waiting for our food. Our kids we already tired of waiting and we decided to leave. We ended up paying much more than we would in a regular restaurant. You have no idea when you order will arrive, how it will taste, how big is it. And you have to keep in mind that you will pay extra if you don’t eat it!! Not worth...

This was the worst experience I had in a long time. We visited the restaurant for the first time. It was packed so we assumed it would be good. Your order via tablet. Our drinks arrived quickly but unfortunately no glasses. I don't speak Italian so I asked a waiter in English. He didn't even talk to me or smiled, he reacted in the most rude way imaginable and waved my request away with an asshole attitude. Then the first dishes arrived, mediocre food. Half of our order was not arriving. After an hour we asked for it. Half of the missing half arrived. Our Baby started to become really fussy so we decided to leave but didn't want to pay for the missing dish (again after 1,5h!). Instead of removing it simply from the invoice someone ran to the kitchen and picked the tatare from the fridge.
