We visited this restaurant 8 times over 2 weeks, and every single visit felt like coming home — warm, delicious, and full of heart. ❤️

Had diner and a wine overall rating; payed for 1 person 54,90 and had 1 fish, side vegies and a wine.. it has a great view. If you go, go for the view and a drink but not for the dinner.. I first ordered wine. Which didn't taste fresh as if it was from a bottle open a few days. I asked for another wine. They opened another bottle which was good. The food was not great. I ordered a grilled dorade and payed (kid you not ) 37,50 for the dorade (perhaps they calculated the price of a lobster... ), the price was per gram though I haden't seen the price while ordering. Unfortunately the dorade was bitter and was not cleaned properly, thus the grilled skin was not eatable it had those hard non eatable pieces. The vegetables I ordered were not great. 6 slices of something (2 eggplant, 1 zucchini and something non definable) Chewy and saturated with oil.

The total bill was 54,90.. the Dorade 37,50, the grilled veggies 7,90 (for the 6 slices ) , table water 3,50, wine 3,50 and of course 2,50 for coperto. I guess that is what you pay to use their fork and knive, table and chair? So if you go you'll know what you get; a...

Not a fan of animal cruelty as displayed there...

We were there just for drinks, was nice enough, friendly staff and ok prices.

But why does staff feel the need to parade a lobster and a langusta/crayfish around for pictures? And then when the langusta manages to wriggle free in its panic and drops to the floor, the waitress just casually rips out its feelers while picking it back up?

Just kill and cook them (hopefully as 2 separate processed) and then eat them, but why the wanton cruelty? Why the need to needlessly torture the poor animal further when it's already clearly terrified?

Will never go there again, regardless of quality.

At least treat animals with respect, even if they're "just lifestock" and meant for consumption.

An additional negative, the cashier just took a tip himself and said thanks, I was too flabbergasted to object. It was only 50c, so whatever from a monetary view, but that's about principle, I would never tip at a horrible...
