Il Faro Bar Food — Restaurant in Castheddu/Castelsardo

The food may have been good, but we never got the chance to try it. This one small restaurant at the marina was like a few others we found in our travels - there is no competition so the staff can be rude and ignore you (unless you are a local). After arriving promptly at opening time, the owner/server, made us wait 10 minutes before he would seat us…..we were the only ones there. After another 15 minutes of waiting for no service, while watching him bring drinks to his buddies at the only other table with people on it, we got up and left. My money is better spent at a restaurant with good service...

A great little find, tucked away in the port / harbour. Frequented by locals and people off the boats. Good food selection available and what we had to eat was really nice. Good size portions and very tasty....

Sind wegen der guten Rezensionen hierher gekommen und wurden bitter enttäuscht. Als wir kamen war die Küche noch geschlossen, kein Problem wir trinken etwas und warten. Ab dann war die lustlos wirkende Bedienung nicht mehr zu sehen. Keine Frage nach einem erneuten Getränkewunsch noch dergleichen. Bin dann in das Lokal rein und fragte ob wir jetzt bitte etwas zu essen bestellen könnten ( Küche war ja mittlerweile geöffnet) Bedienung sieht mich an nach dem Motto " ach sie möchten etwas zu essen auch" ... Das Essen für das was auf dem Teller war zu teuer. Calamari schmeckten wie...
