Sfizio - Made In Sicily — Restaurant in Catania

The food here is okay but the Arancini and Pizza were far worse than what you can find elsewhere in Sicily. They had gotten my order wrong as well. The prices are surprisingly not too expensive (€3.30 for Arancini and €5.50 for Pizza). Coffee was okay as well. What really disappointed us was the service. In the beginning, the server was wiping the table and dropped all of the crumbs on me and then lightly used the same cloth to take those crumbs off of my shorts. One member of my group had an injury in her leg and had to rest it from time to time. When she attempted to do this, the waiter was not happy and requested she put it down from the chair, even though several other people were doing the same. When we explained she had a severe injury, he didn’t care, and only stopped bothering us when she put it on one of our little backpacks. The waiter also got annoyed at us for taking so long when only having bought a coffee even though some of us were buying more to eat at the same moment. This is going to be a funny review :) I was at this airport two years ago when I spent the summer in Italy and was waiting for my sister's plane to land from Canada. We got pizza here and the potato pizza was amazing!! Highly recommend. Mai messo una recensione particolarmente negativa, ma devo riconoscere che non si può fare altrimenti. Premetto che i prezzi eccessivi posso anche comprenderli perché ci si trova in aeroporto e tutto costa di più del normale. Ma la presa in giro non posso accettarla. Per prima cosa chiedo un rustico ai funghi e mi viene rifilato un calzone con prosciutto cotto.( Non potendo mangiarlo ho sprecato soldi e sono rimasto con l’appetito). Seconda cosa mi è stato restituito il resto inferiore al dovuto, fate molta attenzione quando prendete le monete del resto, perché con il discorso di avere tanta gente, che magari va di fretta la signora alla cassa cerca di accelerare e nella confusione restituisce le monete direttamente nelle vostre mani, senza poggiarle, e se siete distratti accorgendovene dopo un po’ può sempre dire che avremmo dovuto farlo notare subito(Furba, ma non troppo). Per l’esattezza ha restituito 1.30€ in meno. Terza cosa prendo una bottiglietta d’acqua, al momento di aprirla gira a vuoto, nel senso che era stata già aperta, nel periodo che stiamo vivendo è ancora più inaccettabile del normale. Per la precisione specifico che non sono tornato indietro perché come tanti altri ci si ferma li di passaggio per poi imbarcarsi ed inoltre andavo anche di gran fretta.
