Ristorante Soleado Beach — Restaurant in Cavallino-Treporti

This is my first review for a restaurant ever.

And the reason for me to do this now is that I am shocked by this place. The interior and location is simply perfect. But the waiters where mostly speaking to each other without recognizing the actual needs of the customer. There where no smiles on any of the waiters. And let me say. They were in no rush. The bread was old and dry. And every meal we had, had no real flavor. (the party had 4 different starters and 4 different mains). So we are convinced that's it's not a chef using basic ingredients that you would expect to the specific certain disches. It's way over priced compaired to the quality of the food. The location on the beach seemed to be the only thing working. After spending almost 350 euro for poor food and service noone even bothered to say goodbye.

The setting is nice and the food is not bad but the experience was spoiled by the service. The food was really late. A clearly inexperienced young lady had to face our complaint because the food arrived too late and instead of being professional had the audacity to respond in a rude way to an elderly lady. I fed that back to her and she took it personally, shared it with the owner who, instead of apologizing, again was rude to my mum. Mentre scrivo, sto mangiando una pessima pizza nel locale limitrofo. Avrei voluto infatti cenare a pesce in chiosco ascoltando il concerto dei batistococo, ma quando ho chiesto di prenotare, mi sembrava giusto avvisare che mio figlio di 8 anni , non mangia pesce dunque chiedevo qualcosa di diverso per lui anche fosse costato 35 euro come il menù imposto per tutti. Si perché hanno rifiutato di fare un toast o un hamburger (in un chiosco) a un bambino di 8 anni, in un posto dove non fanno altro dalla mattina alla sera per almeno 5 mesi l'anno. Dunque facendomene una ragione vado a mangiare una pizza pessima in un posto pessimo, perché anche se mio figlio non vuole pesce (da veneziano ne soffro) non lo lascio a digiuno. Fino a quando non porto a fare i bisogni al cane, vicino al chiosco, così, tanto per vedere il gruppo che comincia a fare il sound check , non vedo proprio seduti in chiosco ,un papà con il figlio che alla faccia del menù di pesce a 35euro a persona, si stanno tranquillamente mangiando un paio di toast! Forse perche quelli che hanno scelto il menù di pesce erano in 22. Si,li ho contati perche di lavoro faccio il restaurant manager! E ne ho fatti 11 di chiosco! Vergognatevi,siete l'incoerenza fatta a persona! E il titolare anziché stare li al banco a parlare di quanto sia un problema l'immigrazione in italia e insegnare a vivere agli altri, pensi a dare un servizio almeno ai...
