Food is OK but service is not up to scratch. Waiters look fancy in their waistcoats and yet clearly have no clue how to attend to customers and a manner that match the price tag.

It took them ages to bring us a food menu and we had to ask for a wine menu ourselves when ordering our food. When we waived at them to order our wine, they took our room number again which seemed odd.

However the reason for this became clear later on: they had lost our ticket after taking it to the kitchen and no one noticed that we were yet to be served any food while other customers who arrived after us were already halfway through their mains.

History repeating itself, I had to ask twice to get a second glass of wine while eating my main, which they finally brought for dessert.

It's not that the waiters were rude or anything but considering it's not that big a restaurant and that it's far from cheap, you'd expect a little bit more focus and attention to detail from the staff.

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare qui in splendida compagnia, ed entrambe le volte è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile. La prima volta siamo rimasti colpiti dall'accoglienza calorosa e dal servizio impeccabile, attento ma mai invadente. Il cibo? Un viaggio di sapori curato nei minimi dettagli, dall'antipasto al dolce.
