Lido Peter Pan — Restaurant in Cefalù

FIRST IMPRESSION. The entrance is from the restaurant. The woman at the reception was very nice and professional. It's 25 euros for one beach umbrella and two beach chairs, which I think is standard.

THE BEACH. Beautiful view on Cefalú. The beach is sandy, which I prefer to the ones with rocks.

FACILITIES. The resort has a restaurant, where we had a good meal. We were served with professionalism and enjoyed our time. The showers are not too cold nor too hot. To operate a shower, you'll need 20 cents. If you don't have 20 cents you can ask the reception.

TOILETS. I was pleasantly surprised by their good toilets, since usually the quality of toilets at the beach tends to be poor. They have 2 toilets for women and 2 toilets for men. No need for coins or for the key from the reception, which is a plus for me. The toilet I tried had toilet seats, toilet paper, a functional sink, a soap dispenser with soap, paper towels to dry your hands, and a functional...

We have spent a number of days enjoy the waters of Cefalu at the lido Peter Pan

It’s close to hotels and is easy access to enter the facility

The beds are well layed out and are clean and new

The beach club has a dining area and toilets available- although none are for disabled

There is access to water to wash your feet after your swim and time on the sand

The food options are rather expensive- a cup of fries costs 6 euros, whilst the pizza was ok it was average priced

You can have little to no e go with the staff, which seem quite approachable and friendly

The facilities at the main section of the beach club are not that clean or organised and most of the staff are relaxing on their phones

For the use of the beds it’s no better or worse than the others on the beach, there is a great supermarket up the street and the food is very good.

As mentioned previously- it’s a good spot , eat elsewhere and just go for the lounges...

Had a very unpleasant experience. Rented a peddle boat, and they require an ID to hold during rental time.

When we returned for the driver's license, and the lady at the front desk told us she gave it to our child, we asked the child, she said she didn't go there. We brought the child and the lady again, pointed to her and said yes, I gave the ID to her. Stayed for 40 minutes to review security footage, and ID was never returned. They looked through registers again, and found the ID.

Very stressful when you have rental cars and additional reservations to pickup in different towns which require driver's license to get the vehicle. If we didn't find it, we would have the rest of our trip ruined.

Maybe have a special compartment to keep IDs in...
