This is the favourite restaurant of my in-laws so I have been here 3 times now. It's in a back street in Cerveteri so it's a little out of the way but is worth seeking out. The food I have had has been excellent. This includes pasta with wild boar sauce, pasta Amatriciana, artichoke fritters, pizza and the cold meat and cheese selection. My daughter loves pasta with ragu sauce and although this isn't on the menu they were more than happy to prepare it for her. She said it was one of the best she'd ever had. She also enjoyed her desert of cherry cake.

The staff are friendly and helpful. There is an outdoor shelter which is heated in winter when the indoors is full. The decor is Etruscan themed, in line with the local antiquities. ...

Faced with the challenge of what to serve a patron who simply asks to be fed, the restaurant staff chose to serve the food that they are proud of. How can you go wrong with a plate of tripa a la Romana, some well prepared meatballs, and a plate of sauteed chicory.

I truly appreciate a restaurant that can handle such a strange request, and I'm sure they thought I was crazy, but they rose to the challenge and delivered precisely what I was looking for. Food they were proud to serve.
