This was in the top 10 of the best over flavor experiences I have ever had.. the owner / chef is skilled and courageous with his takes on classic traditional Italian dishes that infuse modern techniques and new flavors that transform it into delicate cuisine all while still retaining the original character and profiles. Because it is originally a fresh pasta shop all the pasta is top notch The owner hand selects the wine list to pair with the ever changing menu. It was so delicious and intriguing that we returned a second night witch is unheard of for us on holiday. Grazie for the perfect dishes! This small and "Stomach warming" place will serve you great and special Meals. One of those is the Vegan Meal: Beetrootsteak! We enjoyed it a lot to.
