The food quality is very poor and the service is not very good either. The menu is too long, in comparison the bible is shorter and easier to read...The menu is not only too long, the descriptions of the meals are inadequate and unclear. Dry bread, dry meat or way too much fat on the meat and wrongly served meals and then still arguing it is actually supposed to be like that.... Manager....open your ears and eyes, a complaint means a client is unhappy with what is served. Whilst this can happen there is little point in arguing or actually letting your staff translate the arguing with your clients. Learn to speak at least English and don’t be so blunt to only speak Italian to your clients. Your in the international service industry, act like it and try to make some happy clients. Your staff seems to understand pretty well how to serve the clients and at least try to make them satisfied but you seem to live in your own world. Because of this bad experience and mainly incredibly arrogant attitude of this manager of the restaurant only 1 star review. Never again, advice to eat elsewhere, for example 150 meters down the road at Lotus where they do understand quality, friendly service and how to have...

2/10. Service was terrible and the food was even worse. First course was decent, but the tuna carpaccio was bland and not very tasteful at all. The shrimps with tomato sauce were also decent. Chose tenderloin as a main course (wanted to eat fish but only had choice between two dishes with fish). The meat was beyond well done, served with just potatoes and literally nothing else. I had to eat a pizza elsewhere after because it was this bad. Another company member ordered steak with mushroom sauce, again this was served with exactly nothing. And last but "not" least, an oven dish with penne, tomato sauce and mushrooms. This dish honestly tasted like some college student had been busy in the kitchen. Non ci siamo. Certi locali hanno la fortuna di essere in località turistiche per cui il giro di persone è molto ampio e molti non leggono le recensioni negative ma solo quelle positive. A mio avviso questo locale situato in una zona strategica e di passaggio nella centralissima Sottomarina avrebbe potenzialità enormi se gestito diversamente da quello che è ora. Ammetto che non ho mai mangiato in questo locale ma mi è bastato un caffè al volo preso al banco per rendermi conto in che posto stavo. L esterno è come detto affacciato nel lungomare e sedersi è piacevole per turisti e persone del posto ma solo osservare la gestione interna è veramente da brividi. Aspetto ben 5 minuti al banco prima che una delle due ragazze dietro al bancone mi chiedessero se volessi ordinare qualcosa nonostante avessero visto che ero lì in attesa mi dessero retta. Il rivestimento del bancone è da incubo perché si stava staccando dal bancone stesso tanto che ondeggiava al passaggio dei ragazzi che provavano a fare i camerieri...il locale interno da la sensazione di non essere pulito e dentro ci saranno stati più di 30 gradi tant'è che nessuno era seduto dentro . Le urla che si udivano dalla cucina mi lasciavano perplesso su cosa stessero facendo oltre che a cucinare . Non credo che mai mi siederà per mangiare anche un solo panino perché dalle recensioni fatte da clienti stati prima di me lasciano pensare che le mie ipotesi sulla gestione e sulla qualità del cibo sia latente e i dubbi di chi da 5 stelle a questo posto siano amici o amici di amici.
