The atmosphere with waitress felt uncomfortable after I'd politely explained it wasn't very nice and whilst I did ask to swap the ham on it for tomato....there was no tomato and it could only be described as dry and anaemic. A second lady then came out a few moments later and asked if I'd like anything else, so I ordered a pizza. The pizza wasn't as nice as previous and due to feeling uncomfortable with the atmosphere of the waitress, I didn't finish my pizza (or drink) and went to pay/leave. The second lady was at the till and didn't charge for the panini, neither was an apology offered, just an outline that perhaps it wasn't to my taste. Therefore my overall review would be...

The pizza tasted really good, especially considering the price, which is very reasonable.
However, we were surprised that we not only had to wait over 45 minutes for 2 pizzas, but that other people either walked in, ordered, and left with pizzas in takeaway boxes, or even sat down, ordered, and got their food before we received ours. Those picking up takeaway pizzas could have ordered beforehand, but we saw those people who were eating in actually ordering when sitting down. Therefore, the wait doesn't seem reasonable even if it is the most busy time...
