We choose Boriosi Catering with our daughter for her Relaxed Italian Wedding, everything was organised from New Zealand without really understanding what the end result was to be. Everyone at Boriosi out did themselves, the set up was impressive, the food amazing and the staff so professional and attentive. The day went without a problem and Boriosi Catering definitely played a huge part in this with us never having to worry about anything to do with food, tables, chairs, table settings or clean up. The food was amazing and of the highest quality (all made in house), it pleased all the taste buds, accommodated the dietary requests and our tweaks to the menu.

Wonderful catering at our 70 people wedding from start to finish. Some things that stood out to us: Super generous tasting with a lot of flexibility. Great vegetarian options, which are not a given in Tuscany. Very dedicated service. Very generous bar. Wonderful selection of franciacorta. Super last minute help with heaters outside.
