Ristorante "Il Tritone" — Restaurant in Civitavecchia

We have been here some days ago. We have been the only guests. Only one table was prepaired. Then we asked for some bread and oil before the antipasti: we got old hard bread and oil to cook in a big bottle. After we got the ordered pulpa salad where we could find little and few pieces of pulpa and the salad was swimming in oil. After the antipasti my husband got the first piatti written"with fish", in which we could only find some little pieces!!! When I got a risotto hard and without any taste (should have had a sauce of crustaceans) I reclamed. Immediately the cooker/chef took the plate, gave us the bill and said: kitchen is closed. I never was treated like this in Italy, inpolite unfriendly provocative aggressive. We are making a big circle around...

Siamo venuti in questo ristorante il 2 giugno per la festa della Repubblica e dopo aver chiamato quasi tutta Civitavecchia abbiamo trovato un tavolo per 5 persone più due bambine...Ambiente gradevole affacciato sul porto, personale poco professionale ( a mio parere)... Ordiniamo gli antipasti, primi, secondi e contorni...l'insalata di polpo non esisteva era solo insalatina e pomodori, le alici marinate erano troppo piccanti...passiamo ai primi ci arriva un risotto alla crema di scampi che tutto aveva tranne la crema, era purtroppo riso come lo ha definito lo chef "al dente" ma era crudo con un po' di pomodoro al sapore che molto lontanamente assomigliava allo scampo e le linguine ai frutti di mare erano troppo piccanti tanto che le abbiamo dovute lasciare...i secondi molto buoni e anche i contorni...abbiamo fatto presente al momento del conto quello che era successo che già avevamo detto alla cameriera e molto sgarbatamente ci hanno risposto che questa era la loro cucina e che nessuno mai si era lamentato...le critiche se pur negative vanno sempre accettate perché nonostante ci abbiano tolto i soldi del piatto del riso comunque abbiamo pagato...Prezzo diciamo quasi abbordabile per essere in una zona di mare ma uno spaghetto al pomodoro € 11,00 per la.bimba mi sembra veramente esagerato calcolando che uno spaghetto alle vongole costa 16,00 euro. Mi dispiace ma non torneremo e se il 2 giugno alle ore 11 quando abbiamo chiamato ci stava posto dopo che tutti i ristoranti erano pieni ci sarà stato...
